The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. For COD orders, we’ll issue the refund through bank transfer or store credit. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for 2-3 business days.

Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged , defective , or the wrong item please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by contacting us via care@pheran.co or WhatsApp +91 97242 17110. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
